The new season of the classic game show begins with the cast of ABC’s “Abbott Elementary” playing against the cast of HBO’s “Hacks”, starring Emmy-winning actress Jean Smart. The teams will compete to win money for their respective charities.
The “Abbott Elementary” team consists of Quinta Brunson, Lisa Ann Walter, Sheryl Lee Ralph, me. Joyce Abbott and Tyler James Williams playing for DonorsChoose. Team “Hacks”, which plays for Feeding America, consists of Jean Smart, Christopher McDonald, Poppy Liu, Mark Indelicato and Rose Abdoo.
In the next game, actor Kal Penn goes head-to-head with actor Erika Christensen to see who comes out on top.
