Self-proclaimed billionaires Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have finally finalized their divorce after an ugly public battle that has continued for nearly two years since their split.
The two have now agreed on custody of their four children, parenting plans and division of their multimillion dollar real estate portfolio.
Kardashian, 42, will get $200,000 a month in child support, TMZ reported Tuesday after reviewing court documents. West, 45, and Kardashian will share joint custody and have ‘equal access’ to their four children North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three.

The latest: Kim Kardashian, 42, and Kanye West, 45, have settled their divorce, with Kim receiving $200,000 a month in the settlement. She was snapped in LA earlier this month
Insiders told TMZ that Kardashian will have custody of the kids most of the time.
Under the agreement, West will be responsible for 50 percent of the educational and security expenses for the four children.
West and Kardashian have agreed to attend mediation if they reach a parenting agreement, according to the outlet. If one does not attend the session, the attending parent will be able to make the decision on the subject in question.
The monthly payment of $200,000 must be credited to Kim’s account on the first day of each month.

West, 45, and Kardashian will share joint custody and have ‘equal access’ to their four children North, nine, Saint, six, Chicago, four, and Psalm, three, but Kim will have them most of the time
Both West and Kardashian have waived receiving spousal support under the terms of the prenuptial agreement they signed before their marriage, the outlet reported.
In the divorce settlement, West agreed to transfer Kardashian title to a $4.5 million home next to where Kardashian lives in Southern California, according to TMZ.
Kardashian will now own the five-bedroom home, which spans 3,650 sq.ft. She is expected to tear down the house — which West said he bought to be closer to his children — as it needs multiple renovations.
In addition to the house next door, Kim will retain rights to the $60 million Hidden Hills, California estate she lives in with the children, as well as property in Idaho.
In the deal, West will retain ownership of a $60 million Malibu beach house; some farms he owns in Wyoming; 300 acres in Calabasas, California; a house in Belgium; and the Chicago house in which he grew up.
Sources told the outlet that Kardashian tried unsuccessfully to reach a comprehensive divorce settlement with West over the course of the year, but he has consistently refused “to participate in the resolution” of the case.
“Kim’s patience was tested, but she handled things calmly and eventually Kanye came around,” the source told the outlet.
According to the outlet, Kardashian’s attorney Laura Wasser was key in mediating between the parties to establish an agreement between the exes.
If they did not agree, West would have to give a statement in the case and a trial would begin next month.
The settlement comes less than two months after a report indicated West was preparing to agree to it.
The Blast reported on Oct. 18 that Kanye’s attorney filed a “statement of disclosure,” a sign that their case is about to come to an end.
According to the documents, Kanye has turned over all of his financial information to his estranged wife’s legal team, and has also reached an agreement with her on how to divide their finances and property.
The new developments come amid Kanye’s latest troubling behavior which has reportedly led Kim to distance herself from him, with the pair only communicating via assistants.
In terms of their divorce, The Blast writes that: ‘Usually, in cases of this nature, the disclosure is filed within days or weeks of the final judgment and settlement.’
But, as noted by the outlet, divorcing couples are able to settle everything about their divorce except for custody of their children, which Kanye may continue to fight over.
Kim married Kanye in Florence, Italy in 2014 and welcomed four children with him. She finally filed to end the marriage in February 2021.
During their highly publicized legal battle, Kanye tried to oppose Kim’s efforts to be declared legally single – but a judge granted her request in March 2022.
Kanye also went through numerous lawyers during the split, and recently hired his sixth lawyer – the same attorney who represented Melinda Gates in her $130 billion divorce from ex-husband Bill Gates, Robert Stephan Cohen.
Since Cohen is in New York and Kanye’s legal separation is taking place in Los Angeles, the rapper has also retained Beverly Hills-based attorney Nicholas A Salick of Salick Family Law Group, APLC as counsel in California, TMZ reports.
Things seem to have gotten even frostier between the exes in recent months amid Kanye’s latest controversies involving his White Lives Matter T-shirt and repeated anti-Semitic comments.

New filing: The latest filing comes nearly a month after Kanye hired the same attorney who represented Melinda Gates in her $130 billion divorce from ex-husband Bill Gates in his own ongoing legal battle with Kim
According to Page Six, Kanye’s alarming behavior has led Kim to distance herself from him and rely on assistants to communicate with him.
“They haven’t had any communication in a few weeks, and all communication regarding the kids’ schedules is now being coordinated through assistants,” an insider told the publication.
Insiders told the site that Kim has been left disgusted by Kanye’s latest troubling behavior, which includes his Tucker Carlson interview, WLM shirts and anti-Semitic comments.
TMZ reported that Kim is ‘not returning Kanye’s calls’ after sparking controversy around the world last week by donning a black sweatshirt emblazoned with the WLM slogan, which was a response to the Black Lives Matter- movement founded in 2013. the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin by George Zimmerman.

Family Matters: As noted by The Blast, divorcing couples are able to settle everything from their divorce except for custody of their children, which Kanye may continue to fight over
The publication claimed Kim hasn’t spoken ‘directly’ to Kanye in weeks and is focusing on their four young children, but in the past the star and her family have been on hand to help the rapper until his mental health improves.
Sources close to Kanye say they ‘wish Kim was still in the picture to step in’ and worry Kanye could lose ‘a lot of money’ during this tumultuous period in his life.
The professional fallout from West’s repeated statements about anti-Semitism included Adidas cutting ties with him on October 25 over his actions.
Foot Locker and Gap have also pledged to remove Yeezy from its shelves, while fashion mainstays including Vogue magazine have publicly distanced themselves from the rapper/fashion designer.
The talent agency CAA dropped West from its list, while a documentary about West made by the studio MRC was rejected.
Last month, Kanye wore his controversial White Lives Matter shirt to his nine-year-old daughter North’s basketball game, with eyewitnesses telling TMZ that Kim didn’t speak to her ex or look at her, and moved her car in the parking lot to avoid contact with him.
Kim reportedly paid for increased security at her children’s private school after Kanye mentioned the establishment on social media.
According to TMZ, the school recently hired extra security as a precaution — with Kim footing the bill.
A source said officials at the school do not believe Kanye is a threat, but are concerned that someone could see his messages and show up on campus.
Their divorce was filed last year in February 2021, and the artist said that the TV personality currently raises, “basically 80 percent of the time[s] those children.’
