Michael Symon, Cleveland celebrity chef, hosts new ‘BBQ USA’ series | How to watch for free (7/11/22)

The famous chef Michael Symon from Cleveland is leading the Food Network’s new “BBQ USA” show which starts on Monday 11 July at 21:00 Eastern.

Six episodes follow Symon following some of the country’s top braai competitions from Tennessee to Texas to Georgia, and everywhere in between. At these powerplays, he meets pitmasters who fight for top honors and he tastes some of the best ribs, breasts and other smoked meats.

For those unfamiliar with the foodie, Symon has been involved in the Cleveland costume scene for more than three decades. He is a former co-presenter of the Emmy-winning TV show “The Chew” and has been involved in other Food Network shows. He is the author of six award-winning cookbooks. His local restaurants included Lola, B Spot and Mabel’s BBQ.
