Modern Fertility Review – Forbes Health

Modern Fertility offers the following fertility products (prices are accurate as of publication):

Modern Fertility Hormone Test ($159 per kit): The home hormone test is designed to help people understand their fertility and how it changes over time. According to the company, this is the same type of test offered in fertility clinics (usually only available after a couple has struggled to conceive). The simple at-home blood test is available as a one-time purchase. Once you order and receive the test, you will perform a simple finger prick using the materials and instructions included in the kit. After mailing your completed test to Modern Fertility’s lab, your results will be available within seven to 10 days. You will also receive a one-to-one consultation with a fertility nurse to discuss your results.

Modern Fertility Pregnancy Test ($14 for four tests, or $13 monthly): This test is an early pregnancy detection test. This test can detect pregnancy up to six days before a missed period.

Modern Fertility Ovulation Test + App ($16 for 20 tests, or $15 monthly): A quantitative analysis that informs people about their ovulation patterns, the ovulation test helps people identify their peak fertility window (the two days each month when they are most likely to conceive), even if they have an irregular cycle or if their LH (luteinizing hormone) surge is not considered average.

Purchase includes access to Modern Fertility’s free companion app, which includes options to track ovulation test results, pregnancy test results, sex or insemination, and menstruation, including reminders about when to take different tests.

Modern Fertility Prenatal Vitamin ($30 for 60 capsules, available as a monthly subscription): This vegetarian prenatal vitamin is made for people who are already pregnant, planning to become pregnant and those who are preparing their bodies for a future pregnancy. Ingredients include folate, choline, omega-3s, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, biotin, vitamin D3, iodine and zinc.
